This is a beautiful water front cabin on Island Park Reservoir with a private boat dock, lots of space, high ceilings throughout, and amazing views. It is close to Snowmobile/ATV trails and it is only 40 minutes from Yellowstone National Park's west entrance. There are 3 private bedrooms, a bunk room with 4 bunk beds, 2 queen beds in the loft area, and 2 hide-a-bed couches in the family room. In all, there is a maximum occupancy of 15 people and at 5400 square feet, there is ample room for everyone. This is the perfect place for your get-a-way or corporate retreat.

Great place with amazing views

This place was AMAZING. It is like 2 houses under one roof. We had our family and close friends stay with us and had a small intimate wedding ceremony on the dock. It was perfect and everything we dreamed of. Yellowstone is super close and perfect for a family getaway. I highly recommend this property for your stay.

Perfect place for our family!

Cameron's property was perfect for our large family as we all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. The kitchen was very well equipped, lots of gathering places, the view was gorgeous, the dock was fun, the towels were fluffy and soft, and the theatre room was a hit also! We certainly enjoyed our time in this little bit of paradise!

Fantastic Property

This is our second stay here and we love it! This is a great place for a family gathering. The property is amazing and the location is awesome. The kids really enjoyed playing in water and we enjoyed the family of foxes and the bald eagles. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for your family of all ages!

The view was amazing, the sunsets, WOW! All of the kids had so much fun swimming and paddle boarding in the lake, then running to the hot tub, theater room every night! The kitchen was very well stocked. The home comfortably accommodated everyone! Checkin was rough due to Vrbo ap not working which had me a tad nervous for a bit.

Perfect Awaysis

We had a group of 4 families. From teenagers to infants. The property is spacious and beautiful. It sits at the end of an exclusive sub-division with a spectacular view of the lake. Owner was very quick to communicate and we had a wonderful time.

Perfect Location

Great location and significant dollars spent in building the cabin. We wish it had been clean and well maintained. BBQ wouldn't work due to never being cleaned. Don't look under the beds or in the corners. Tremendous potential with the right maintenance and cleaning. We tried to leave it much cleaner than we found it.

If you want an "adventure", this is the place!

We have rented several cabins and this one was "interesting" and we won't be going back. First of all, it sits high on the hill and there are LOTS of stairs to get to the lake. Then you have to do some "bouldering" to actually get to the dock. So, getting our water toys down there was a BIG challenge! Second, there is really only ONE REAL shower. The pictures do show handheld showers and they aren't too great. Third, the place was very dirty!! You would think when you are paying that much it would be cleaner!! Fourth, the power went out and the generator battery was no good! So...if you want an "adventure" this is your place. We won't be going back to this one!!

Great location, lots of outdoor activities and great cabin on the lake

This cabin was a great place to stay plenty of room to stretch and get comfortable in. That said some of the furnishings are dated. The place was not very clean. And there was only one shower in all the bathrooms. The pictures on the listing did not do the cabin justice however it’s way better than even the picture showed but for the price I think some of those things could’ve been improved upon

Beautiful Lakeside Retreat

Truly beautiful home! Plenty of space and things to do. Property is quiet and has wonderful views. Would definitely come back. Only suggestion is owner should talk to cleaning company about new checkins because a home this nice deserves to be kept clean.

Winter Wonderland

Our family had a great time! Lots of room to spend time together and plenty of room for a quiet minute alone. The amenities were top notch. We loved the theatre room, playing games in the loft and dinner with a view from the dining table. What a view! Outside was a winter wonderland. We, including the adults, enjoyed sledding down the hill! A great time was had by all. Thanks!

Beautiful House and Property

We had 17 of us stay last week for a family reunion / Yellowstone trip. Yellowstone is conveniently located (35 miles). Every night was a wonderful sunset since the large deck faces west. The pictures on HomeAway do not do this place justice and we were thrilled with the large, open layout. The kids loved the theater. Grocery stores are sparse in the area but the drive to West Yellowstone (North) or Ashton (South) are both around 28 miles. The miles are fast and hardly noticeable. Well done would definitely recommend for a large family. The owner was very helpful.

Forest Paradise

Dear Andrew’s Oasis: Thank you for opening your spectacular home to Steve and me for our first family reunion last June. It turned a memorable occasion into an unforgettable experience. As I mentioned in our introduction, Steve grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming and left in 1966 to attend the Military Academy at West Point, NY. This during the intensifying days of the Vietnam War. His memories of leaving home were bittersweet. He recalls watching his parents waving him as the plane took off and wondered if he would ever return home. Knowing my husband, I am sure he shed were tears once his parents were out of site. Perhaps the same tears he shed when we landed in Jackson Hole in June. We felt at home by the generous accommodation that allowed fourteen people to co-exist for a week without feeling impinged. Your attention to detail in anticipating our smallest needs such as the labels placed on each cabinet door that identified the contents within made our search for towels, blankets, etc., effortless. The private location and proximity to Yellowstone, the breathtaking views, impeccable décor and the amenities (camp fire, water sports, hammocks) offered a sanctuary for everyone. The week went by way too fast. Finally, your unconditional availability in answering my many texts and phone calls, was very reassuring to me. For not giving even a hint of annoyance, I am grateful. Thank you for giving each of us memories to treasure for the rest of our lives. Yvonne Rinehart
