Charming, modern 2bed apartment w/large private garage in phenomenal Summit Park

Nestled in the aspens and pines of Upper Summit Park (a suburb of Park City between SLC & downtown Park City), this location allows you to live like a local. Spacious, modern, 2 bed 1 bath side by side (not a basement) apartment with a separate private entrance is a wonderful spot to relax after a day hiking, biking, or skiing. No one is living above or beside the apartment. The main house is a 2nd home for out of state owners (used infrequently). Custom built in 2019 as a separate rental apartment. Private, large one-car garage (walled off and private from other double care garage), separate washer/dryer, and furnace including thermostat.
The cozy and eclectic neighborhood of Summit Park provides the perfect balance of pristine views and quiet tranquility, yet it is conveniently located only a few minutes from Interstate 80!

The main home and apartment were built in 2019. The apartment was built specifically as a separate apartment (separate furnace, thermostat etc.) The main home is a 2nd home for an out-of-state family. It is used infrequently. We have a cleaning fee as we hire professional cleaners to come clean the apartment. There is not an owner next door to clean the apartment.

- Walk to beautiful mountain biking, hiking, and backcountry skiing trails

-15 Minutes to Kimball Junction which includes Whole Foods, Smith’s Grocery Store, Walmart, State liquor store, and an array of shops, restaurants, & bars.

-Closest grocery store is Macey’s in the Pinebrook neighborhood (under 10 minutes)

-Under 35 minutes to SLC International Airport
-40-50 minutes to the Cottonwood Canyons and big mountain ski terrain at Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude
-Under an hour to Sundance Resort

***WINTER*** 4-wheel drive and snow tires are REQUIRED from November to April – you must be prepared for winter driving conditions in steep, hilly terrain.

-There is a large one car garage and driveway parking. There are also a few spots on the gravel area next to the driveway. We do have a professional snow removal company to remove snow however this area receives quite a bit of snow and there can be delays during large storms.
-While Ubers and High Valley Transport (free) are available, having a vehicle is highly recommended.

Great Place to Stay for Ski Trip

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The communication was very prompt and easy. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. There were even snacks, chocolates, tea, and coffee at the apartment, which was a welcome surprise since we got in a little late. The bed and couch were comfy. The TV and fireplace worked really well, and the shower was great. We had fun cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen after a day of skiing in Park City. Super convenient to both the airport and the slopes. Would recommend staying here.

We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. The photo is us in Moab, UT on the Colorado River (with our spunky daughter, Avery)
We have vacation rental condos in Cottonwood Heights, Ut and a cabin in Duck Creek Village, Ut.

Because of my experience with vacation rentals, affiliation with the outdoor sports industry and local knowledge I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable, fully stocked, better maintained, and of course, MORE FUN!!!

The apartment is attached to the main house (not BELOW or under the house). It was built in 2019 specifically to be a separate apartment. The owner lives out of state and uses the main house infrequently. There is a dedicated large 1 car garage for the apartment which is very convenient in the winter! The high ceilings and large windows bathe the apartment in natural light. Large kitchen with modern, full size appliances and many extras along with all the essentials. All new beds and bedding.
