Completely renovated with all new and modern furnishings and decor! Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from every room in this large, two story home with 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 bathrooms offering enough space and privacy for multiple families.

The newly updated kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gray cabinets and an over-sized island that seats six. It is open to the large family room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, access to two decks, 48'' TV and a fully renovated half bath. The space of these two rooms is 17' x 25'. The large loft has two daybeds, each with a twin trundle bed, skylight and full sized window. New Graco Pack 'n Play with sheet.

The 14' x 23' first floor master suite includes a queen sized bed, living room with full sleep sofa, 48'' TV and ceiling fan. The suite also offers a fully renovated kitchenette with white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven and single-serve coffee maker. There is an attached deck and en suite full bathroom with shower and separate whirlpool tub. The other first floor bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, 32'' TV and an attached private bathroom with shower.

The 13' x 18' upstairs master bedroom features french doors, king sized bed, 40'' TV and and ceiling fan. It also has an attached private bathroom with custom tiled 32'' x 60'' shower and separate whirlpool tub, walk-in closet and access to the front deck.

All new furnishings, mattresses and linens. Linens included are bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels and beach towels. Please see linen policy.

Stainless steel gas grill, patio dining set that seats 6, bar height table with two chairs on suite deck and dining table with two chairs plus bench on kitchen deck.

Location location location

Michelle’s house was perfect for my family. She allowed pets which is a plus. I have my elderly parents who travel with us and the first floor studio suite was perfect for them. No stairs easy access. The beach is literally 2 houses away a 3 minute walk. Restaurant also located at end of street My 20 year old kids loved the location. They walked to chapins at night for drinks and live music

The perfect time away

A Spectacular Fall Getaway on Cape Cod

My extended family had an amazing experience staying here in Dennis Port. The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms and was able to accommodate my family, my parents and my extended family! The views from the second floor of the house are just stunning - panoramic views of the water and plenty of space to comfortably cook and feed 12 people while enjoying an amazing view. I love that there is an extra full sized fridge in the downstairs master. The kids loved the spiral staircase going up to the loft. The location can’t be beat…you can walk to the beach and during season many restaurants as well. You can easily drive to the popular spots in under 20 minutes as well. Overall, this house is a gem and my whole family loved our time there!

Plenty of room

Excellent property to host our two families. With two master bedrooms, each family had their own master suite. Plenty of beds for our group of seven. House was a short walk to the beach saving us from purchasing a beach parking pass. Conveniently located near some restaurants that are walkable. Property owner was very responsive to all our needs. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great location!

This was the second year in a row renting this house and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just across the street from the beach. The Sailing Cow restaurant is also across the street, which is very convenient especially for a quick breakfast. Michelle was a very accommodating host, she even went out of her way to help me retrieve something that I left behind. The house is big enough for my family (4 adults , 3 kids, and 3 dogs) having the lower suite was an added plus for my wife and I, as we could have a little time to ourselves after the grand kids wore us out all day. It's also big enough that we were nit on top of one another. I highly recommend this house for families!

Be ready to climb some stairs

It's close to the beach, but the beach is tiny. The house is nice but be prepared to climb up and down the stairs. When you are done with that climb some more stairs. After that climb some more stairs. Later on climb some more stairs. Not a joke. Not a bad place, but be ready to climb some stairs

Large house near beach

Great house located very close to public beach. Wonderful views of the ocean from second floor. Kids bedroom and one of the master suites is on first floor. Second master is on second floor with kitchen/living room. Plenty of space for our four adults plus two kids. Minor comments - House could use some light maintenance (toilet paper holder missing, kitchen cabinet knobs loose, no screen on first floor slider, stuff like that), but nothing major and I’m sure stuff happens through out the summer with all the renters and likely hard to find time to fix things until Fall when rental schedule opens up. We did not use the loft space, but if we needed it would have been pretty warm up there. Window AC units kept things cool enough on first and second floor. Recommend bringing a clothes drying rack for drying swimsuits/towels as there are very few places to hang towels. Only one hook in master bathroom suites. Two would be much better. Overall would definitely recommend this home.

McMurray Family Reunion

Very spacious and comfortable home with a bathroom for each of three groups of family members. Very nice kitchen and common area, nice tv’s in each bedroom. Very short walk to beach and restaurant.

Fabulous getaway!

We rented over April vacation and lucked out with some beautiful weather. The location was perfect, kids walked down to the beach and played every day. The views from this immaculate home were so relaxing and we enjoyed hearing the ocean while having our morning coffee. Owner was quick to reply to questions. We look forward to staying again!

The house has a great view at the ocean. We weren't having much luck with the weather (it was early March), but we enjoyed our stay an the great view that we had. It was very clean, nice and comfortable. We would visit again.

Beautiful Home

My daughters and I had a wonderful time here. The house is clean, bright and open. The girls loved having room to spread out and different areas to play. It was also nice to be able to walk down to the beach and collect shells. We had a really great time and would love to go back.

Great House/awesome location

We had a great week at this property. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. For most of the week we had 7 people in the bunkroom and two master bedrooms. The loft area is a challenge to access and very hot (no AC) so when we had additional family came to stay (the 8th and 9th guest) for a few of the days, it was not the most comfortable for them and there were a few bumped head on the spiral staircase which goes up past a large beam- probably would have been fine for kids, but adults it wasn't great. The bunk room for our kids and the two masters were however great. Michelle was very responsive when we had questions and even ran right out to get us a fan for the loft when we realized the one they had wasn't working. The 10AM checkout time would definitely have been a big issue for us as we needed to use many of the linens/towels as we came from out of state - we ended up leaving the day before to avoid a mad rush on checkout day, which we were able to do since we have family close by. Thank you for a great week!

Cape Cod Escape

This house is steps from the beach and on a nice quiet street. The size of the house is great for multiple families. Michelle was great to work with and extremely responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Spot!

We absolutely loved this spot! House was great very spacious short walk to the beach and very close to other great attractions. Only small disappointment which is very minor and I may have missed it in the instructions but, we got to the house and there was no toilet paper! For the cost of the house I would assume a couple rolls of toilet paper would be included. Other than that house was great and we would rent it again, bringing toilet paper this time!

Perfect House in Dennisport

We had the perfect Cape week at this amazing Dennisport house. It is literally steps from the beach. The photos on the listing don't even do it justice. Water views from every room. The 2 master set up was perfect for me and my sisters families, with a bunk room for the kids! Don't miss out! Were talking about going back every year!
