Why they chose this property

I love LA! Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, but discovered the south bay and fell in absolute love. The best of everything: Beautiful, close to LAX, close enough to downtown, within 45 min -1 hr of all tourist stuff and half mile wide beaches. What else could be better?
