Located on the 4 MM, your Lake Ozark adventure begins at this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom lakefront property with private dock. A large primary suite, spacious loft area and private lower level suite offer plenty of space and privacy for guests to unwind. An open concept floor plan and welcoming living room with pull out queen bed for a 5th bedroom if needed and is a pleasant spot to relax after a day of exploring. A large deck with dining table and lots of additional seating is a great place to eat a meal and relax with family and friends. Dock contains a large boat slip and shed bar for entertaining. The lake has been my happy place since I was a child. My family owned a business in Iowa where they were always working, so vacations were very rare. In fact, limited only to one week each summer in July where 3 generations would vacation together. I always knew when I 'grew up' I wanted to share the lake experience with my own children.
Why they chose this property
I grew up vacationing close by on the North Shore and my grandparents eventually purchased a home on the 4 MM. We love the location on the water, in between Bagnell Dam and the 7 mile marker attractions. You just cannot beat the view up the main channel - and it's very easy to get to off Horseshoe Bend.. A quick trip to get groceries, gas, shopping.
What makes this property unique
Our property has a comfortable, casual and welcoming style. Decorated in cool coastal colors, the bedrooms and bathrooms over privacy and sanctuary after a day in the sun and on the water. Unlike many properties the lake, there are not many steps from the house to the dock. Also, our dock is spacious, has a large boat slip and a dock shed with fridge, TV and bar for entertaining.
