Our stay was for our son and some of his college fishing teammates. Plenty of parking for their boats. Rooms were great size. Not too far from boat ramp.

Renter beware
This so called elegant landscape is filled with garage everywhere. Inside of the house was just okay, needs a good cleaning. We were very disappointed with the condition of the yard.
