The Story Behind Camp Sunny Waters: Chris and Kristen, the owners, have spent many wonderful holidays at Lake of the Ozarks over the years, making lifelong memories with family and friends. In 2022, they made their dream come true by purchasing this beautiful fixer-upper and transforming it into Camp Sunny Waters. Inspired by their fondest memories of summer camp, they hope that you too will make lasting memories during your stay.
When they’re not at the lake, Chris and Kristen enjoy traveling with their daughter and spending time with their two dogs.

No Loud Noise or Music After 10 pm ( Local noise Ordinance Subject to Fine by Law Enforcement ) Our neighbors will appreciate it, as this is a quiet and family-friendly area.
Hot Tub Rules:

1. No food or drink in or around the hot tub to avoid contamination.
2. Shower before entering to maintain water cleanliness.
3. No glassware in the hot tub area—plastic only.
4. Maximum occupancy: _____6_____ guests. (1000 lbs)
5. Do not use after 10 PM to respect noise levels and local regulations.
6. Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.

7. Cover the hot tub when not in use to preserve heat and ensure safety.
8. No oils, lotions, or soaps in the hot tub as they can damage the filter.
9. Report any issues immediately to the property manager.
10. Temperature not to exceed 103 deg F

Smoking/Drug Policy: Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited on the property, both for guests and visitors.

Guests: Only guests approved in advance through the booking process are allowed to stay on the property. We will confirm the number of guests at check-in. Failure to comply with these guidelines is a violation of our House Rules, and will result in no entry and no refund.

Parking: There is adequate parking for 3-4 vehicles on the property. Our property shares a driveway with our neighbors, so please be mindful of their space when parking There is plenty of room for up to four cars in driveway .please park in away that allows easy access for both you and our neighbor .

Parties: Parties of any kind are not allowed on the property. This includes get-togethers, stopping by, or any other gatherings involving anyone besides the approved guests.

Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted on the property under any circumstances.

Dock & Swimming: The dock is available for guest use at your own risk. Swimming off the dock is also at your own risk. Life preservers are provided on the dock.

Check-Out Procedures: Check-out must be completed by 10 AM on your departure day. Our cleaning team follows a tight schedule to prepare for the next guests.
Please do the following before you leave:
-Close and lock all windows, and close blinds.
-Turn off all lights and small appliances.
-Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
-Gather and take out the trash to the bin at the top of the driveway.
-Leave any used beds unmade; do not strip them.
-Lock the Smartlock on the main door.

Please report any damages or missing items to your host.

Fines for Violating House Rules:
-Smoking in the property: $200
-Excessive soiling of towels and sheets: $50 minimum
-Having a party: $200
-Late check-out (leaving after 10:15 AM on departure day): $100
