Guest Access:
Note: This is an HOA community and additional documents are required to be completed upon booking. You will have complete, private access to the home. The lake access and other communal areas are shared with guests and owners in the HOA.
**IMPORTANT LAKE INFORMATION** Guests are NOT permitted to bring/use their own water equipment. This includes but is not limited to kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, water devices. Any violation of this policy will result in a fine.
