This beautiful home is one of the most desirable floor plans in Briarwood. The home has been constructed on a premium lot with views of both the lake and the nature preserve.

The Granada is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with its own private screened pool. spa, and BBQ grill for all your entertaining pleasures. This home is located in Briarwood; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 15 minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches. Briarwood has its own community park with tennis courts, children’s playground and a Wifi cafe in the clubhouse.

This wonderfully furnished home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 8. The first and second master bedroom have king sized beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 4th bedroom also has a King bed.
There is ample kitchen equipment, including microwave, refrigerator-freezer and range. A full size washer and dryer are located next to the kitchen. There is cable TV/DVD in the living room. The master bedroom has a 24" TV and there are 24" TV’s in the 3 remaining bedrooms.

Perfect getaway

The property was the perfect setup for our group. My husband and I had the Primary bedroom and my daughter and son in law had their own bedroom and bath on the other side of the living room. The 3 girls all 14 stayed in the other 2 bedrooms and shared the bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice house but it was not clean. The windows outside were dirty when we arrived, the chairs near the table outside were dirty, the armrests of the two chairs were really sticky, the floor of the garage was dirty and there was weed near the swimming pool and the gutter was leaking. we couldn't use the bike because there was no pump. The house would be perfect when it is better maintained.

Perfect Winter Break Escape

We love the beautiful landscaping and neighborhood amenities that help keep our 4 children occupied and outdoors. The home was gorgeous, spotless, and well equipped. We loved spending time in and around the pool and appreciated the many comfortable seating options. We were a short drive to the beaches, 5th Ave, grocery store and restaurants. Our vacation was the perfect escape from the Midwest winter and none of us wanted to leave! This home is lovingly cared for and we definitely plan to return to 915 Tivoli!

Great location and a quiet and beautiful landscaped community. We will be back very soon. Easy check in/out process. Very thankful for Nicole and Kim as well as the owners for allowing us to rent this amazing house house.

Briarwood home

We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool area is outstanding with hot tub and pool. Plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining space. Pretty view out back. Three separate wings of house make it ideal for 3 adult couples. Kitchen very well equipped. No complaints whatsoever.

Vacation

It was our first time using VRBO. I would rent it again but now I’ve learned lots of things!!! The cleaning was just ok. Lots of dishes were kept dirty from previous cleaning, microwave was not working, the grill outside was disgusting! Also, some beach towels were torn and the bedding smelling dirty. Overall, the communication with CNE was ok. I felt that over the weekends they don’t work because they did not reply us back. I’ve kept doing follow ups on them.

Wonderful Home!

This property was even better than the pictures! Perfect for the two families we had staying for 2 weeks. 3 “wings” provided privacy and were amply stocked with towels and bedding. The pool and hot tub were the stars of the weekend, lots of outside entertainment area (next time we are back might bring a projection screen for movies at night in the pool!). The pool guy was friendly and gave some great recos for area. The house was great and no real issues… CNE was very timely with responses to our questions and really liked the app - everything all in one place and very organized. They were also very proactive with providing all the info we needed ahead of our vacation. The only thing I would possibly recommend is to provide some cleaning sprays - I know some people are particular on what to use for cleaning granite, stainless and windows - being there 2 weeks we did buy some that I hope was OK. Loved our vacation and we hope to come back!!

This property is stunning!

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much. Loved our nightly dinners on the patio, morning and nightly swims in the pool/ jacuzzi. We had 4 adults and 3 children, there was plenty of room and very private for each party. The house is beautiful, everything you need they have! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. Waking up in the morning to look out the window watching the turtles swim in the pond was very special. My family created beautiful memories here and we are very thankful and blessed the owner shared their amazing home! We will return here again without a doubt!

Our week in naples

This house was even better in person than the pictures showed! We had a wonderful week! We could not get the outdoor tv to work but they came and fixed all but volume which wasn’t a big deal to us! The house has towels so no need to bring your own. We donated a toddler potty and beach toys! 😊We will definitely stay here again!

Great House in a great community!

Our family had an awesome time at this home. The house has a ton of upgrades and the fully retractable doors going into the yard were the best part. Pool was great, house was very clean and the manager was super responsive when we called. Would definitely go back. Thanks!!

Amazing house ! Loved our stay.

The house was amazing. Super clean and had all we could hope for. I felt at times the response from management was, at bit slow. And when I finally spoke to them, I felt like they were a defensive. (I had standing water in the sink for almost 3 days and couldn’t run the dishwasher from Monday evening til Thursday at 11am when the repairman came. . It also took 2 days to get an email response on a cleaner request). But both were not a big deal and we still loved our stay. A few other comments: One of the lounge chairs ripped through on the first day we sat on it, not replaced the entire month of our stay, but again, not a big deal, we had 3 others. The dishwasher may need some type of cleaning, it’s kinda stinky, but worked fine. TVs could be updated. Family room not high def or maybe just older and kinda blurry, bedroom TVs are smart TVs but small and didn’t have cable in all a few of the bedrooms. Last, the WiFi was a huge challenge for 8 ppl doing virtual school and work. But we purchased hot spots for our cell phones and that worked. All in all, we absolutely loved the house and had an amazing time...
