Whether you're visiting for a winter ski adventure or a summer retreat, this bright, spacious, and fully furnished end-unit townhome is ready to host your Sierra Mountain vacation.

Main Living Area (Second Floor):
The open floor plan boasts a well-appointed kitchen, dining, and living area that's perfect for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mammoth Peak from the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, or step out onto the covered patio with a BBQ for some fresh mountain air. The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, convection oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar. The living room features a large L-shaped couch, armchair, a 50 inch smart flat-screen TV with sound bar, and a fireplace for a warm, inviting atmosphere. A convenient half-bath is also located on this floor.

Master Bedroom (Second Floor):
Wake up to stunning views of the Sherwin Mountain Range in the master suite, complete with a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, and flat-screen TV.

Ground Floor :
Downstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is a fun bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 people total). The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, private deck, and a 50-inch smart TV as well. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower and tub. A laundry room is also on this level , with a washer and dryer.

Garage & Parking:
The attached two-car garage includes ski and snowboard racks, while the driveway can accommodate two more cars, except in winter when snow plow access is needed. For added convenience, two guest parking passes are available for street parking on Boulder Creek Rd. and Timber Creek Rd. (first-come, first-served).

Community Amenities & Location:
The Creekhouse Recreation Center is just a 2-minute walk away, offering a hot tub, an outdoor shower, ping-pong, pool table, foosball, fireplace, TV, and kitchen. Outdoors, you'll find endless activities just steps from your door, with miles of walking, biking, and cross-country skiing trails, as well as Mammoth Creek Park and Sierra Meadows Ranch all within easy walking or biking distance.
