Seasonal dock, private deck with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. Large common area's and a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, including and outdoor grill. Parking for 6 -10 vehicles located at 30521 East River Rd. Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Enjoyable place for guests to relax, unwind, make lasting memories and a great place to call home while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay.

***Please note that getting from the house to the river is not easy. There is a stone pathway that in some area's has a 45-degree angle. This steep path is not to be underestimate and may be dangerous for some. There is no other way to the river.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for the 12 of us. We accidentally left a pillow and they contacted us about it before we realized it had been left. They worked with us to make arrangements to get it back. So grateful for this--it was a purple pillow--very expensive to replace. Would definitely stay here again!
