15 minutes from Kona town,and about 2.5 hours from the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.

The kitchen features brand-new full-size appliances and all your cooking and dining essentials. You can dine inside or on the lanai. A grill is provided as well.

-You will have your own code for the electronic lock- so no need to keep up with keys.

As mentioned above, a complete remodel was finished in October.
The entire condo is light, bright, and spectacular inside. Lanai views provide backdrop for enjoyable cocktails or your morning coffee.
Flooring is all tile and LVP. Fresh, clean and new!

7 FANS + AC Throughout
CCV rules prohibit parties.
AC is available in our entire unit. We encourage mindful use of the AC and provide both bedrooms with AC as part of the price. AC in the living/dining room area is an added charge of $25/day. Please let host know your preference.
The maximum number of guests allowed for any reservation is 4 and the minimum age is 5. Condo is not set up for little kids.
Late checkout options may be available. Please contact host if you are interested so this can be arranged as part of your booking to minimize service charges.
Country Club Villas is non-smoking and this is enforced by property management. No smoking is allowed within or near the unit or on the lanai. A designated smoking area is provided at the complex.
A copy of the CCV House Rules and a guide to the local area are inside the unit.

Ironman SPECTATORS are welcome at our unit age - 5 and up.
We are not set up for Ironman participants.

Exterior painting is ongoging at Country Club Villas and will not impede access to the unit.
