This two story historic 1930s brick home offers a peaceful stay for guests, in one of Savannah's most sought after neighborhoods. There are 4 bedrooms including a king, queen, full, and twin, 2 full bathrooms with tubs, and one half bath. Large kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV. Quiet midtown neighborhood on such a charming block, 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride downtown. Very close to the Starland District. Back deck with seating and fully fenced in yard. Quick walk to Daffin Park and the Savannah Bananas games!

Quiet historic midtown location, very close to downtown. Plenty of neighborhood bars and restaurants, and only 20 minutes to the beach.
