Wonderful guesthouse in a great neighborhood

We loved Brian and Ramon's guesthouse. Everything was spotless and so fresh and new. It's a great space--small, but very comfortable for two people. We so much appreciated that, even in a small space, there is a place to hang up clothes, a wonderful little kitchen, washer/dryer, and a great bathroom. The bed is very comfortable, and the space has all you need for comfort and just to be peaceful and relaxed. The small front sitting area is private and lovely. This is definitely a gem of a find. And, when you are there, we recommend taking a beautiful walk up Mt Washington and also to the 1802 Coffeehouse on Cypress St. Great coffee!!
