This 2-bedroom/ 2 full bath beach bungalow in Panama City is perfect for your escape. With 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this superb property offers a relaxing and fun stay for guests. This property is located in a 100 acre gated community. The community is a golf cart community. The unit comes with a golf cart for your convenience. The community is well established with private beach access across the street. Take the golf cart for a short drive across the quiet street for beach access. You will have access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella for each day of your stay. There are 2 large swimming pools, 1 beachside and the other is heated at the rear of the community. There is a pavilion with BBQ grills, fishing pier, private boat launch and pier. There are playgrounds, basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis and even a small putt putt course. St. Andrews State Park is adjacent to the community with a separate entrance. Enjoy the convenience of AC, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and heating during your stay. There are 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite. A fabulous place to relax while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

What makes this property unique
The most unique aspect of this community is everyone has a golf cart. They are used to go to the beach, the small grocery store on site, down to the docks, playground, pools and boat launch.
