Great beachfront property

We loved the condo and the location. The condo was nice and they let us check in early. The property was great, the beach and pool were nice. My kids loved the slide.

Book carefully

We had a great stay right until we got locked out of our room due to a paperwork discrepancy. Next time, I’ll just book directly with the staff. Long story short, I booked for four nights, owner of the unit, not the resort staff, filed our paperwork with staff for three nights, and after a twelve hour drive in, I didn’t notice the discrepancy on the contract left in our room by the owner for us to sign. If I had, I would have been able to communicate with them that night. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that until we got locked out. It was a good thing the facility staff was so helpful, because when I tried to communicate with the unit owner I, and the staff, got absolutely zero response.

Excellent location

The condo is what you would expect in this type of resort. The price was right. Could have been cleaner.... The water pressure left much to be desired. The toilet ran and did not flush well so trips to the lobby to use the bathroom... not ideal. The location was excellent for the Dance Nationals. Everything was walkable.

We love Ocean Walk in Daytona and have been going for years. I was happy to have a balcony view but was disappointed that we got one of the rooms that hadn't been updated. It was still a great experience and I appreciate how easy Brian made the process. We already plan to go again next year!

Great Value, Great Property

This Condo was spacious, clean, had all the ementities you need for a relaxing spacious condo. Location was perfect. we were there for the Daytona race and never felt cramped. If I had one thing that needs to be reviewed is the beds. Very comfortable however I felt;t they were a large Full Bed and not a Queen. I'm 6'2" wife is 5'9" and we had to sleep in separate beds. Would I stay there again? YES! great value for all the room you get.

This is a very well run property and there are many activities created to maximize everyone’s enjoyment. Music on the pool deck, activities and games for all on the pool deck, excellent beach, very good fitness center. Beds were very comfortable and everything served its purpose fully and well! Would definitely consider returning! To provide balance, I did not love the pool deck music starting at 8 AM. Otherwise, excellent place to stay!

Fall Break

My 9 year old daughter and I enjoyed every minute of Daytona. The view is amazing! The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The weather was nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! Thank you.

Great property.

Everything was great. The only minor concern is the check in process at the property is a little confusing. I first tried to check in at the front desk and they told me they couldn’t find my reservation. After checking with the Manager, they realized I was supposed to check in at the other front desk around the corner. The rest of my vacation was awesome.

Beach Vacay

The check in process was super easy. The staff was very friendly, even the maintenance man. We had a hard shell luggage container on top of our vehicle. We had to unpack it and take the top half off to fit in the parking garage, which was a 7 foot clearance. We did not bring tools with us to do this so the maintenance man was nice and allowed us to borrow a few tools so we did not have to go buy them. The room was clean. No complaints here. The view was incredible. Look forward to returning in the future. The resort was top notch. My kids absolutely lived the water slide and the kiddie pool.

Clean but outdated

Excellent communication with Brian & Denise. Disappointed to find that beach towels were not provided. We flew & did not anticipate having to purchase towels. Condo was clean but missing basic items such as hot pads for cooking. Other family members stayed in both the north and south towers and had beach towels, hot pads, 9x13 pans, etc. basics that have always been provided in the past.

Outdated and not clean. Wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely out dated unit and not very clean. The unit was dirty, the decor was ugly, faded, lamp shades looked like they had mold on them in the bedroom. Patio was dirty and had almost no patio furniture. Fridge would not stay cold. Very old rusty stove/ and all appliances were old and need replacing. Not a single rug. Floors felt dirty upon arrival. Towels were stained and gross. We went out and bought bath towels because they were so gross and stained. With that being said, the resort was very nice. I would recommend the resort but NOT this unit. We have stayed at MANY condos and this was by far my least favorite. It felt like we were staying at a cheap motel from 1980-90. Definitely won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

This was the best trip we have had in a whole

It was a really good experience in the hotel because checking in was easy and didn't take long, getting to the room we could relax and the balcony had an Amazing view and everything was just a really good experience

Great Time

We stayed with our children in one of this owners’s units and our parents stayed in another of the same owner’s units two floors up. We had a wonderful vacation and have no complaints about the rental units. My husband and I are thinking we may want to retire to Ocean Walk in a few years. Lots of things to do and security everywhere. We will definitely vacation here again.

It wasn’t anything fancy but it was perfect for what our group needed!

The owners are awesome. We had a small mishap with the closet door during our stay and they were very understanding. The balcony was the perfect size and the view was amazing.

Condo needs repairs and renovation

Great location and view condo's dryer was not working and was not fixed our whole trip. We had wet towels and clothes the whole time. The handle on the glass door going to balcony was falling off and hanging by one screw. The sofa sleeper when we opened it to use was missing 4 springs on one side, we found one spring under couch under and put it back and moved another over and were able to use it. There was no batteries in one remote, dirty knives in draw and pamphlets under couch. i had talk to rental agents and made them aware of problems hopefully they have been resolved. I would like to thank Danielle at south desk for doing everything in her power to make our trip as good as she could. I had a good time and love the Wyndham Ocean Walk
