Top Floor - Elevator, 2 Bed,1 Bath, 1 Block to Beach, POOL!

Immaculate well cared for condo located on the top (third) floor of the Legacy condominium complex. Our condo is located on Plymouth Place between Ocean and Atlantic Ave, one (1) block from the beach and boardwalk. This freshly renovated rental property includes wireless internet, four (4) Beach Tags, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs.

Our condominium has two bedrooms, one jack-and-jill bathroom, a living room and a brand new kitchen (2022). The condo includes one Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one twin bunk bed with trundle in the second bedroom, and one new queen- size sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has an electric stove top, convection microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. However, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance for those who do not want to cook on vacation. Enjoy coffee or dinner on our third floor balcony with a great sea breeze and newly installed (2021) SunSetter retractable awning . There are peeks of the Ocean and beautiful views of the Ferris Wheel and Atlantic City at night.

Three flat screen TV's with cable and wireless internet HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE and WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY !!

Park your car in our private covered parking garage and walk to the beach, boards, rides, shopping and more as there is no need to drive again. Our condominium is in the heart of Ocean City!!

Enjoy the beach with the beach tags and sand chairs/umbrella provided or relax by our sparkling pool (open weekends only from Memorial Day through Father’s Day weekend, then daily until Labor Day). You will be steps away from the OC Water Park, Castaway Cove and Wonderland Amusements. Stroll the boards in the evening with weekly events going on.

This condominium is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. We rent to families only to ensure a pleasurable vacation. (No Senior or Prom Weeks.)

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Great location, close to beach, boardwalk, and shops. Far enough from boardwalk to not be noisy. Pool was a nice addition and alternative to the beach. Owner was very responsive to messages. Would definitely rent again.

Fabulous Ocean City Rental

This condo was just as described: perfectly clean and in an excellent location. The hosts communicated everything that you need, and I didn't have to contact them for anything. Perfect Family Labor Day

The condo is in a perfect location to access the boardwalk and beach. The reserved parking is a definitely a nice perk. The condo itself is a great layout for families, one main bedroom with a smaller bedroom that had bunkbeds for the kids. The space was very clean and easy to check-in/out of. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family getaway to Ocean City. We'll definitely be back.

The perfect spot by the beach

I loved this place so much! So cozy and adorable, has literally everything you need. Also the location is amazing, shortest walk to the boardwalk and downtown where are all the cutest shops and restaurants are. Will definitely book again whenever I'm back in OC :)

OCNJ legacy

Great location and perfect for our family of 4!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was easy to get to, and super nice to have a parking space, as we were walking distance to the boardwalk/beach. We are a family of 4 with two little kids and it was very quiet at this location, which made it very enjoyable for us since our kids need their rest. Kristen & Tom were very easy to work with and communicated with us very well. I would love to stay at this property again when we come back to visit in the future.

Great unit for a small family and the owners couldn't be more accommodating. Nicely stocked kitchen. Sand chairs, toys and cart were a really nice treat to save space on items to bring. Would love to rent again in the future.

Weekend in OCNJ

Kristen and Tom were fantastic hosts for our weekend in Ocean City. Their communication was super fast and clear, and there were absolutely no surprises. An Ocean City, NJ gem!

The whole renting experience from start to finish was fantastic! Kristen and Tom were extremely kind, responsive, helpful and flexible when we wanted to add an additional day to our long weekend. The property was immaculate and the location was perfect for restaurants and family friendly things to do on and off the boardwalk. They provided beach tags, beach chairs, books for the kids, a covered parking spot and a great lounging area on the balcony. Highly recommend!!

We are a family of five that have been vacationing at the Jersey Shore since we were both little kids. We love Ocean City and decided to purchase this condo to continue to make memories with our family every year. We are happy to offer this condo to others so they can make some family memories as well.

Why they chose this property

Charming & cozy, walking distance to everything needed in Ocean City; but nestled in on Plymouth Place away from the noise & hubbub of the street. Up on the third floor, quiet with a great view and no one above you; but where you can still keep an eye on the pool. An elevator and covered parking as well! Life here just does not get any better or at least any more relaxing!

What makes this property unique

We keep our condo smoke, pet and clutter free. It is crisp and clean and decorated in colors of yellow, blue and white. We, along with our guests, enjoy the local eateries or sharing a pizza on our patio. Lots of lazy days sunning at the beach and pool, then relaxing back at the condo; either watching the sunset out front or the distant glow of the Ferris wheel over the boardwalk out back. You can stroll the boardwalk or Asbury Ave for window shopping, or go to the water park at the end of our street.

No matter what you do or where you go in Ocean City, every one has a smile. When you drive in over the new Causeway, all your cares go away and this is YOUR place for the week!!
