It was, as described , some of the appliances could be upgraded but everything worked . The ventilation systemfrom the resort next door can be annoying at times . The bed is a king and is extra, extra firm ... some like that .(drink enough Tequila it doesn't matter) .
We got dropped at the hotel 2 down. That was a bit of an annoying thing, but the only other blunder was the wait staff throwing the check at us after we spent 5 minutes asking him what he was telling us, determining he wanted us to tip him and then him not telling us what a standard tip is. He then was furious and literally threw the bill back at us with the tip inside.Being Americans we are not familiar with exchange rates or tip cultures, every other country we have been to takes tips as an insult. We asked for help, very rude and unwilling to try to communicate his request. We stopped eating at the Vrbo because of it.
