Shell Cove 9 Gulf Front 2/1 Condo Spectacular Sunsets

Shell Cove Condominium 9, located at 2310 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach, is a two bedroom, one bath Gulf front unit that will sleep six. The beach stretches for miles in either direction!

This unit has an updated kitchen and flooring. It is an affordably priced and comfortably furnished, upper level condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a 40" flat screen television in the living room. as well as 31" flat screen televisions in both bedrooms.
Relax on the sugar sand beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch. This unit sleeps six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Shell Cove is a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation rental and you'll love it!

Shell Cove 9 is a one week minimum rental. Shell Cove does not have a community EV charger.
The electrical usage of electrical vehicles is reserved only for maintenance personnel. There is currently a level 2 charging station at the Beach House. No extension cords permitted.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Located right on the white sand beaches of Bradenton Beach, a picturesque setting with a great balcony to watch the sunsets. The unit was clean with a beach theme feel that immerses you into the island life from the moment you step foot in the front door. Offers beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels, with a washer and dryer, making it easy for those traveling by air. Tide Tables is the best place to eat fresh caught grouper. Other dining favorites are the Waterfront Restaurant on AMI, Euphemia Haye on Long Boat Key, the Columbia in Sarasota and Skinnys by Holmes beach for a good burger. The unit is a great location, in walking distance to the Kokonut Hut (aka Gulf Drive Cafe) which we enjoyed breakfast on the beach, the Beachhouse best for apps and cocktails, and the Wicked Cantina for Mexican food when you need a break from seafood. We were the first rental in January 2025 post hurricanes Helene and Milton and the owner worked really hard to have it ready for our stay in January 2025. We are thankful for their efforts.

Perfect Size and Location for Small Family

You don't need 1,000s of sq feet of space when the beach is literally just out the front door. We've stayed at Shell Cove before and its out "go-to". Perfect amount of space for a small family and the sunsets are gorgeous!

Great location

Excellent communication with manager. Easy check in and check out process. If you have low back issues, the beds are not comfortable and made for a week worth of poor sleep. We bought our own laundry detergent, and hand soap for the bathroom/kitchen as neither were provided. I’m hoping they’re kept in the rental for future guests to use. AMI is a perfect escape!

Great Condo with Excellent View

We have stayed at Shell Cove before and it didn’t disappoint either time. It is right on the beach with a very short sand trail leading back and forth. The condos are not fancy, but cute and quaint. They have just about everything you need. Ours included beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely stay here again!
