Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Business Bay and literally 5 minutes drive to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste.

Our charming studio apartment is located on the 8th floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry.. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with smart T.V.!!), you'll also love the view which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 2 people comfortably with king bed.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

From the balcony, the city skyline is a symphony of steel and glass, reaching for the sky. Skyscrapers stand tall, reflecting the setting sun's warm glow. Below, streets buzz with life as cars dart between buildings. It's a mesmerizing view, capturing the essence of urban living in all its vibrancy which gives relaxation while sipping a hot coffee in the morning.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is outside the front door as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 9 mins walk.

The Neighborhood:
Straddling Dubai Creek, Business Bay is a contemporary financial district packed with corporate high-rises, stylish apartments buildings, and swanky hotels. Dubai Water Canal has jogging and cycling tracks plus a colourful mechanical waterfall. Mid-priced stores fill Bay Avenue mall, along with family-friendly dining options. Smart waterside restaurants serve Lebanese dishes, Asian street snacks, and high-end seafood.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber if you prefer.

If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR & DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of 150AED

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
