If you arrive with a car at the complex, you'll be happy to know that we offer free designated parking for 1 car, not just for you but for your visitors (uncovered parking spots). If you don't want to drive during the stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors (including balconies and patios). A $500 fine applies if smoking is detected.

Tampering with or removing smoking detection devices or Ring cameras incurs a $500 fee.

Pet Policy:

1. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. A $500 fine will apply if pets are brought in. Violations may also result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Parking Policy:

Park only in your designated spot or in uncovered spaces. Unauthorized parking will result in towing and a $400 fine.

Trash Disposal Policy:

Dispose of trash in the nearest garbage bin to your unit. If full, use an alternate bin to avoid overflow.
All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside bins. Leaving trash bags outside bins or overfilling them may result in a $200 fine.

Lost and Found:

The property is not liable for lost items. Unclaimed items will be held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Retrieval fees for handling and shipping vary based on the item.

Laundry Policy:

The laundry room uses a money card available for purchase at the leasing office. Let us know if you plan to obtain one. We are not responsible if the office is closed during your visit.

Parcel Delivery Policy:

Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.
We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Pool Rules:

Access the main pool using the gold key provided inside the unit.
No glass containers, alcohol, or smoking in the pool area.
Be respectful: no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
Unauthorized guests or undisclosed visitors are not allowed.
Pool closures for maintenance may occur without prior notice.

AC (HVAC) Rules:

Set the thermostat to 85°F initially. It will gradually lower to 60°F.
Do not set the temperature below 74°F. Always keep it at 85°F when not in use.
Follow the AC instructions in the guidebook provided.
Guests will be charged for technician visits resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
If the AC malfunctions due to being set too low, repair costs will be charged to the guest.

No Party Policy:

Parties are strictly prohibited. Outdoor security cameras and noise detectors are in place. Violations will involve police intervention, eviction without refund, and a $500 fine.

Additional Fines:

Unauthorized Guests/Undisclosed Visitors: $100 per guest.
Lost Pool Key: $250.
Unauthorized Late Checkout: $50 per hour.

Respect for Neighbors:

Please be considerate of neighbors. Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or disturbances will result in police involvement and removal from the property without refund.

Security Requirements:

All guests over 18 must provide a government-issued ID through a secure third-party link for background checks and security purposes.

Property Management Rules:

The property is authorized to host guests, but contacting or visiting the front desk is prohibited and will incur a $200 penalty per visit.
