If you arrive with a car at the complex, you'll be happy to know that we offer free designated parking for 1 car, not just for you but for your visitors (uncovered parking spots). If you don't want to drive during the stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our
home.

These transportation options offer flexibility for exploring the city without the need to use your own vehicle.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors (including balconies and patios), and fines of $500 apply if smoking is detected.

Tampering with or removing smoking detection devices or ring camera device incurs a $500 fee.

Pet Policy:

1. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited on the property.
2. A $500 fine will apply if pets are brought in. Violations may also result in reservation cancellation without refund.

Parking Policy:

Park only in your designated spot or in uncovered spots; wrongful parking leads to towing and a $400 fine.

Trash Disposal Policy:

1. Please dispose of trash in the nearest garbage bin to your unit. If the bin is full, use an alternate bin to avoid overfilling.
2. Ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed inside the bins. Do not leave bags outside the bins. Overfilling or leaving trash bags outside may result in a $200 fine, which will be charged to the responsible party.

Lost and Found:

The property is not liable for lost items. A handling and shipping fee applies for retrieval. Unclaimed items are held for 72 hours and may be disposed of afterward. Fees vary based on the item’s value and hold duration.

Laundry Information:

The laundry room uses a money card available for purchase at the leasing office. Please inform us in advance if you plan to visit the office for a laundry card. Note that we cannot be held liable if the office is closed during your visit.

Parcel Delivery Policy:

1. Do not use our address for shipping packages. We do not accept or deliver parcels for guests.
2. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected packages.

Pool Rules:

1. Guests may access the main pool using the gold key inside the unit.
2. Glass containers are prohibited.
3. Alcohol and smoking are strictly forbidden in the pool area.
4. Be considerate; no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior.
5. Unauthorized guests/Undisclosed visitors are not permitted in the pool area.
6. The pool may close for maintenance without notice.

AC (HVAC) Rules:
1. Set the thermostat to 85°F. Over time, the gauge will naturally lower to 60°F.
2. Do not set the temperature below 74°F or adjust it freely. Always keep it at 85°F.
3. Follow the AC instructions in our guidebook sent during check in date.
4. If a technician visit is required due to guest error or failure to follow instructions, the service charge will be passed to the guest.
5. If the AC is set too low and malfunctions, repair costs will be charged to the responsible guest.

No Party Policy:

Strictly no parties allowed; security cameras outside the home and noise detectors are in place. The police will be called for any parties, resulting in eviction with no refunds.

Unauthorized Guests/Undisclosed Visitors: $100 per guest fine.
Party Fine: $500.
Lost Pool Key: $250.
Unauthorized Late Checkout Fine: $50 per hour.

Respect for Neighbors:

Please be considerate of others in the building. Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or disturbances will not be tolerated. If we received any reports from our neighbors or property management about any disturbance, police will be involved and we will have to remove you from the property without refund.

Security:

For the safety of all guests, we require a government-issued ID for all staying guests over the age of 18 using a third party link. This information will only be used for background checks and security purposes.

We're permitted to host guests, but contacting or going to the front desk can lead to conflicts and incurs a $200 penalty per visit. Please contact us for any stay-related concerns.
