The overall stay was below average. When we arrived, linens were clean but the floor and counter spaces were very dirty. Some of the doors do not slide well so be careful when using those too. They had listed that all cooking/dining supplies would be provided but some essential items were missing (forks, knives, spoons, scissors). There is no drying machine in this building which is OK for clothes but washing sheets was basically impossible because there was nowhere to hang them. There are also ALOT of cockroaches that come in the front door so if you go in spring/summer, just be aware of the cockroach dodging you will have to do.
On a positive side, the apartment is a great location for public transit. It’s 1 min away from the L1/L5 metro station and 5 min away from the Barcelona Sants train station. The owner of the apartment was quick to respond for everything and we had a smooth check in process. They were also very helpful and generous when there was a switch up in which apartment we were going to be in.
I rated it 2/5 because there were a couple positives but more negatives with the cleanliness primarily and then just a lack of some supplies.
