Amazing beautiful home
This place was no doubt the most comfortable and home away from home place I've been at the place is clean they have all the kitchen utensils you need to cook, the bed feels like haven, the living room is so beautiful with all the art that decorated with, and i will refer any and everyone to this beautiful lovely home my Family and i loves it. The only mass up that happen is when i piulled the striing to turned on the fan the glass filled bounced off the bed rhen hit the floor broked other that yeah it's still stay able.

It was very cute.
Our stay was very nice. I was having surgery on Friday. They was very nice in letting us bring my small dog for Thursday night because I had no one to take care of it. When my husband got there on Friday to take me to the hospital, my daughter had to stay because my granddaughter could not come into the hospital. They both enjoyed the porch and how roomy it was. We was all very satisfied with our stay.

Great place to call home for a few months.
I spent almost three months here and I was pretty satisfied! The unit is in the back of the house which made it pretty quiet which I appreciated. The unit had just about everything we needed to live and work from home. Minor problems arose from time to time, but the homeowner, Elias, was always super quick to rectify them. The location is also pretty good... It only takes about 10-15 minutes to get downtown and other parts of Dallas. There's a great burger place/pub and a pupuseria just a five minute walk from there as well. I recommend this place and would like to come stay again!

Dallas weekend getaway
place is more than adequate. must be open to neighborhood type. really great location but some may feel somewhat uneasy as you note the neighborhood. I grew up in a similar neighborhood so I can relate, I just saying some of you may not. Great location to Dos Equis Pavilion, Deep Ellum, Trinity Grove, Farmer's Market, which we all went to. Neighbors were friendly. nice updates to the property and had everything we needed. Elias was very responsive and friendly.

Very cool property!
we really enjoyed our stay, the place is big full of things to look at, the 3D TV was a great plus for our kids who enjoyed watching a couple of films. Everything was enjoyable. We greatly recommend!

Affordable!
You can't beat the price for what you get! The area around the apt is getting a revamp but its not like your typical pristine suburb, which I like cause I grew up in NYC. Its very quiet and peaceful yet close to all the party scene around Dallas. And again, you can beat the price cause Dallas is getting ridiculously expensive

The listing was very accurate, the property very neat and clean. I would recommend this place. There are many restaurants nearby in the greenville area or deep ellum. There is a brand new park only two blocks away and now Dallas has rental bikes everywhere that made it fun to ride around without the need of car. Dallas gets really hot in the afternoons though so stay hydrated!! :-)

Nice and comfortable
I stayed in this apartment for almost 2 weeks. It was very nice and comfortable with all the amenities you’d expect at home. The area it is in is part of the historic district with some beautiful areas nearby. There is a nice park a couple of blocks away. Deep Ellum is only a few miles away as well. Great location. I will definitely be staying here again. Also had great response from the owner whenever I had questions.

The apartment is great and uniquely decorated and overall cozy. The only downside was the fact that once we got back for the night there was no parking available, although there is one parking space advertised. Not a huge deal just a bit of a nuisance. Other than that, it was great.

Perfect!
My son was up from Houston doing a clinic rotation at Tom Landry fitness building for 6 weeks. This was a perfect location for him. Elias is an awesome host. The apartment served well for our son. He cooked had a small area for his War Hammer things so he could relax. If your looking for home away from home this place is awesome!
