About this property

Northern Maine Getaway-Direct Trail Access

Welcome to your home-away-from-home nestled in the heart of Northern Maine! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is ideal for families or groups of adventurers looking to explore the great outdoors. This home offers easy access to snowmobile trails, making it a perfect getaway for snowmobiling enthusiasts during the winter months. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals after a day of adventure. Cozy living room to sit and relax by after a day in the outdoors. Fast Wi-Fi and smart TV. Once you enter your personalized code for the Smart Lock, you'll step into this newly renovated, open-concept Cape home. There's a bench available for removing shoes and gear, with coat racks nearby. The kitchen bar offers seating for four, while the dining room comfortably seats six within close proximity to one another. A double closet in the dining room provides ample storage, and you'll find board games stored here as well. Please note, the pellet stove in the dining room is off-limits to guests due to insurance reasons. The living room is a cozy spot to unwind after a long day, featuring an electric fireplace. There is a couch with 2 recliners and a loveseat with 2 recliners. The open-concept kitchen offers plenty of space for food preparation and everything you will need to cook a great meal. On the first floor, the bathroom includes a shower and a whirlpool jetted tub. Down the hall, the first-floor bedroom features a queen bed. Upstairs, the bedroom on the right has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, while the primary bedroom across the hall has a queen bed. At the end of the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. This home is pet-friendly, as it is my primary residence, and while we do our best to minimize pet hair, you may notice some. Please be aware that any interior doors with keyed locks are off-limits, as they contain personal belongings. There are four locked doors on the first floor and two on the second floor. There are 4 exterior cameras that monitor the driveway for guest arrivals and departures, monitor maintenance and deliveries, and watch snowfall. Off limit areas are due to owners personal use. This includes the garage, pellet stove, and the areas behind 6 keyed interior doors. This property has a long driveway that can accommodate two snowmobile trailers.
