The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and a toaster
A traditional drip coffee maker is provided
Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, grill utensils and wine glasses are also at the property

Bathrooms:
Bathroom #1 (main level): Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, a walk-in shower, and hair dryer. Jack and Jill bathroom shared with bedrooms 1 and 2.
Bathroom #2 (main level): Half bathroom with sink and toilet. Shared with laundry facilities.
Bathroom #3 (lower level): Full bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer

Water Access:
The bay is very cold in April we do not recommend swimming in the water
75 feet of private Green Bay waterfront
Shoreline is a sea wall with access to water via built-in staircase and drop down to enter water
Bottom is shallow with rocky, clay, and some sharp, zebra mussels present
Water levels change yearly
No dock present

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

Important Property Notes
This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

This property is situated in a beautiful, rural setting, as a result, you may encounter insects and wildlife outside our homes. While we have pest control measures in place and strive to maintain a comfortable stay, we cannot fully eliminate the presence of these elements due to the natural surroundings.
