Please note there is a floodlight security camera on the garage facing the driveway, one inside the yard facing the gate, and a doorbell camera.
*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*
- Noise Monitoring
This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device called Minut. Its primary purpose is to help prevent parties and ensure guests are respectful of our wonderful neighbors. The Minut device tracks noise levels, motion (for crowd monitoring), and temperature (to help detect mold risk). It does not record audio. DON’T WORRY - Saint’s Lounge is used to large groups of guests who are gathering together to celebrate. This is not to deter stays of 14 people or less, but rather to avoid large parties where more than 14 guests are gathering on site. If you'd like to learn more, feel free to look up “Minut” online for additional details.
- Damage Waiver
The $50 Management Fee acts as an accidental damage waiver, providing coverage of up to $5,000 through Guesty Shield. Please note: this does not cover negligence or damage caused by pets.
- Pool Heating Fee
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per night or $175 per week. Heating must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay—it cannot be added for individual days. For longer visits, we’re happy to work with you to find the best arrangement.
From May through October, pool heating is typically unnecessary, as the weather naturally keeps the water warm. However, if you’d still like it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
Our pool uses a heat pump, which depends on the outdoor air temperature. While it’s generally effective, colder weather can impact performance and may result in the pool not reaching your ideal temperature.
Due to these weather-related factors, we’re unable to offer refunds for pool heat if the temperature isn’t exactly as expected. That said, we always do our best to provide a warm and enjoyable swimming experience!

1 hour early – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Earlier than 10 AM – Full nightly rate
Late Check-Out:
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate
This option will be offered based on availability, starting five days before check-in. Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.

*CANCELLATION POLICY*
-To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
-If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
-If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
-Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
