Absolutely perfect for large groups! Most rooms feature king size beds. Main house (ground level) has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Take a quick walk around back to access the adorable attached apartment on the 2nd floor! The apartment features air conditioning, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, laundry, and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Please note: The 2nd floor apartment is included and available to groups that exceed 6 people and upon request only for groups under 6 people (smaller groups, please request access to the apartment immediately after booking).


Guests are provided with 10 retro city bikes to explore historic downtown Livingston, only a 5 minute bike ride away.

Please note: There is no Uber or Lyft in Livingston. Private driver recommendations are available upon request.
