MLK weekend stay

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.

My experience was incredible with few hiccups overall a great stay. We were little disappointed with the hot tub being broken being that we specifically booked a more expensive house with a hot tub, but I am going to be in communication soon about that. Furthermore, when we tried to get into the house the door code didn't work and the number on the email did not pick up so we were scrambling in the cold for a way to get into the house. When we finally reached someone they said that they've been sending the wrong email with the code and that regularly happens. I don't think it's reasonable for this to happen more than twice. On top of this there was extreme weather and had we not checked the instagram for mountain closings we would have been in a world of trouble. So nothing major just a few hospitality critiques. Besides that the cabin was great it was clean, in a great area and the amentities (sauna, TV, wifi) worked wonderfully.
