Luxury studio apartment with walk-out terrace and breathtaking views of Eureka Valley and downtown San Francisco. Enjoy a king size, memory foam bed; 50" smart TV; well-equipped kitchenette; work desk; designer furniture; and folding glass walls that open up to the large terrace which is lined with fragrant rosemary bushes and features a cozy outdoor fireplace. Access to this space is via a long staircase, so keep this in mind if you have special access needs or will have heavy luggage.

If you need a parking space for your car, we may rent you our space for an added fee at market rate. Just ask us!

NEIGHBORHOOD
Centrally located in San Franciso's hilly and quaint Castro District. This property is an 11-minute walk to the Castro Street Muni Station, a 17-minute walk to Dolores Park, an 8-minute walk to Castro Street, and a 16-minute walk to 24th Street in Noe Valley.

The nearest grocery store is Mollie Stone's, which is an 8-minute walk away. The nearest dry cleaner and wash-n-fold service is a 6-minute walk away, although there are many to choose from in the neighborhood. Nearby Castro Street and 24th Street offer conveniences such as Walgreens, restaurants and coffee shops, post offices, banks, nail and hair salons, and many others.

ACCESS
You will have your own private studio apartment. You will be able to self check in with a door code that will be provided to you prior to your check in time. Access to the apartment from the street will be via a long staircase, so please keep this in mind if you have special access needs or will have heavy luggage.

This apartment is at the rear portion of our residence. The exterior staircase and terrace that lead to your apartment may be shared with us occasionally, just when we need to access our home through the back or need to rend to our backyard.

PETS
For an additional pet fee, we allow a dog who is neutered/spayed, potty trained, and well behaved. No cats, please. We have a friendly French bulldog ourselves.
