Fox Ridge is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath log cabin found in the Brothers Cove Resort. Sleeping 4, this cabin provides the perfect base for a mountain getaway. Guests will get a good night’s sleep on one of the two queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms feature jetted-tubs, private baths, and televisions.

When you book your stay at this cabin, you receive free admission to popular Smoky Mountain attractions with Xplorie. This program entitles our guests to one free adult admission ticket, per night stay, to attractions like WonderWorks, Rowdy Bear Coaster, and more.

The living area features a televisions with Direct TV Satellite service along with surround sound, a stacked-stone, electric fireplace, and a pool table. Fox Ridge comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of counter space, along with a dining table that comfortably seats four. The spacious, wrap-around porch offers breath-taking views, rocking chairs, picnic tables, gas grill, and a hot tub to take advantage of the great outdoors.

For your convenience, Fox Ridge has a washer and dryer, and guests have access to the Brothers Cove Resort’s public swimming pool in the warmer months. We apologize, but the Fox Ridge cabin does not accommodate pets.

Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.

Bad Customer Service

Everything was going well until the last night of our stay. We arrived back at the cabin at 7pm and the heat was not working. I texted the number given to us for these situations for our stay and after spending an hour having to text back and forth troubleshooting it myself they finally agreed to send out maintenance. He arrived an hour an 45 minutes later, around 9:45 pm, and at 10:15 came back in to tell me he couldn’t keep the pilot lit so they would have to call a HVAC guy in. At this point I knew it would be another nearly 2 hours before we would have a HVAC guy arrive so I told them it was late and we would just make due to get through the night. It was in the low 50s inside when we left. The worst part is they never reached out after we spoke to the front desk about it while checking out. Just avoid this one, bad customer service.

Beautiful view !!!!!

We decided last minute to go on this weekend getaway so I did not have the usual opportunity to do my homework ! The view was beautiful , and fir the most part everything was fine - however the showers all were smaller then the ones we have in our camper ( seriously ) —- Also we were very disappointed when we arrived and the hot tub was NOT under any roof/ on the porch as it rained the entire weekend ( most others we have rented from over the last 20 plus years )have been under a deck / porch and have a privacy blockage device of some sort on the porch ! And this cabin had neither ! We could not use the hot tub at all ! Otherwise the location and safe community is a plus .

Beautiful view .....

The view is wonderful ! The cabin was very clean, and the staff was friendly! However the showers were very small ( smaller then the showers in our camper ) very uncomfortable ! And we were discouraged that the Hot Tub was not under a covered deck ( or advertised as so ) because it rained the entire 3 days we were visiting and were unable to use it . Also no privacy for Hot Tub even if we were able to !

Beautiful cabin with scenic views!

My family and I stayed in this cabin in June and we were very happy! We really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck that looks over the mountains. The cabin was neat and tidy when we arrived. We would definitely go back and rent the same cabin again!

Stunning views!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend, as our grandson had his wedding ceremony and reception at the Brothers Lodge venue, which was stunning in itself. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and the view, front and back was stunning. The only draw back, it is not handicap friendly at all. All 3 bathrooms are quite small and very poor lighting.

Amazing View - Nice Cabin - extras like hot tub, pool table, grill need some work.

The view was amazing The cabin was nice Couldn’t use the grill as the propane connection was bad Had a pool table but 2 of the pool sticks were broken and the 3 that weren’t need tips. The hot tub worked but smelled mildewed and left a mildew smell on us after using it.

WOW!!! Awesome cabin, Magnificent mountain views!!

My wife and I stayed in this cabin for our 25th wedding anniversary in early June 2018. The Cabin was Great and the Views from the cabin are Magnificent!! The only thing better was the wonderful staff we encountered!!! I wanted to treat my wife to some surprises and asked the staff at Natural Retreats if they could help, WOW! did they ever, before I knew it they provided me with suggestions for everything I requested, they arranged for things like flowers, candy and even a little stuffed bear placed in the cabin prior to our arrival (kept it secret too!) so my wife would be surprised and she certainly was, it was so special for her! The florist they chose did an awesome job, the arrangement of roses were huge and beautiful and the candy was locally homemade hand dipped chocolates that my wife said were the best she had ever had! The staff helped me locate a photographer that was also a surprise on the day of our anniversary arriving at our cabin to photo from the cabin due to the great views. (If you are looking for a really good photographer that is awesome to work with and super kind, I recommend this lady, her name is Amelia, ask Samantha at the Brothers Cove office for contact info). This was our best vacation and anniversary ever! The cabin, view from the cabin and the region were a big part of that, however, it was the Great, Friendly,helpful staff that truly made this so exceptional!! The area this cabin is located in is well maintained, black top roads to the cabins. Cabin was very clean, just great! We plan to return!

I was just in the smoky mt's over the holiday weekend. It was amazing! Fell in love with the view and cabin itself. Far enough from town for peace but close enough for activities. We had only one issue our hot tub. Worked the first night. Called they sent someone out to fix it and have us passed to the aquarium(which was really nice) came back after a long day and just wanted to relax and watch the sunset in the hot tub.Well that didn't happen... Worked for about 10 min then quit again. And I understand it was a busy holiday weekend and not to mention the storms we had.. Do all in all it was great stay and I'll go back again!

First-Timer's Loved It!

We took my daughter and her family to the mountains in January for their first time! It was so heart-warming to watch the excitement and awe in their eyes when we arrived at the cabin & as they explored in and around the cabin! The icing on the cake was during our first night, it snowed! We had a blast and will be back!!!

Beautiful Views

The cabin was very clean and nice. The only thing I would change is the size of the shower and the lighting in the bathrooms is not good for getting make up and hair fixed. The view is the best view ever. We have stayed in many cabins and this is by far the best. The hot tub is setting on the back so you can enjoy the view as long as you want.

Incredible Views!

Too expensive for what it is

This is my second time booking with Natural Retreats-the staff are heplful and friendly and will assist with anything needed, it wasnt the staff we had issue with - We booked this cabin recenly-stayed for 4 days. On the plus side they were installing Wi-Fi, so we did have internet access -on the downside of that what a mess! We never would have booked this cabin had we known about the showers, the tv's in the bedrooms, the leaking windows, the extreme low lighting in the actual bathrooms and the dirty bird feces windows-just to name a few things. Showers are beyond small-good luck washing your hair and if you manage to wash it good luck seeing how to style it. The tv's in the bedrooms are also small-one is less than 15 inches. To be honest the views are what save this cabin, they are awesome even when raining which it did our entire visit (that is how we know the cabin windows leak in the kitchen). And a drying rack in the kitchen wouldnt hurt if all you have dirty is a couple of glasses. I would not book this cabin again-its just too expensive for what it is-the views.

My wife and i came diwnvti finely tie the knot. Iur children and us have made this a home awatcfrom home for more then 10 years now. There is so much offered here theres never enough time... With that said always looking for the opportunity to return. Absolutely amazing.

Very Scenic and well laid out cottage

We had great time at Brothers cove. Our first day there was a light drizzle and it made the trip a lot more beautiful with the cloud covering the beautiful mountain tops. The cottage had glass views overall which means you can see the whole scenery from any of the rooms. The staff were great people. I have already recommended this place to my friends and will do so to others who plan to visit smokies.

Spacious deck and stunning view

We visited this home for a long weekend family reunion and wedding. Fox Ridge was the perfect place for the small wedding day luncheon we hosted. The beautiful view,, comfortable furnishings and pool table were enjoyed. The hot tub was appreciated by the hosts after the guest went home. The lodge provided a perfect venue for the wedding.
