The generous and decent villa is situated in Santa Lucia, a very calm an nice neighbourhood in Denia, perfectly equipped for your holidays. From its two teraces you have a fantastic view on the majestic Montgó and its sourroundings.
The villa is part of a small urbanisation of 12 houses with an elegant pool area (with special pool for small children) which ist situated directly in front of the house and garden. You can spend relaxing time in the house and garden or enjoy the nice beach areas in the area of Denia.
The city center you can reach in 8 min by car, supermarkets (Consum and Lidl) are close to the house.

Villa in Denia Costa Blanca

Positiv: Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung, man kann wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus hat über den eigenen Garten direkten Zugang zu einer sehr schön angelegten Poollandschaft. Schöne große Dachterrasse. Negativ: Schlafzimmer im EG hat keine Klimaanlage, somit an heißen Sommertagen zum schlafen unerträglich heiß. Terrasse im EG für sechs Personen ungemütlich klein.

Todo bien , descripción muy exacta , tienes que tener coche para todo , y lo peor y no dentro de la casa donde se han puesto medios es la cantidad de mosquitos que hay en la piscina , mi mujer no pudo ir ningún día . Si no muy agradable por la tranquilidad que hay , personalmente descansé muy bien , a 15 minutos en coche tienes un montón de playas para escoger y el centro de Denia es espectacular sobre todo de noche para cenar o tomar algo

Casa correcta pero no para niños pequeños

La casa está correcta, bonita y bien ubicada no te importa coger el coche para todo. El jardín poco cuidado, le falta la verja de separación a la piscina fundamental si tienes niños pequeños y no se puede utilizar si hace mucho calor ya que solo hay una sombrilla en la parte del porche. Deberían dejar a la entrada algunas cosas de cortesía como es papel higiénico en el baño, jabon para fregar o lavarte las manos o una bolsa de basura en la papelera. Y también enseñar la vivienda a la entrada y avisar de los desperfectos. El problema es que parece que algunos vecinos no están muy de acuerdo con que se alquile la vivienda a familias con niños y a pesar de cumplir con tooooodas las normas establecidas para la piscina y zonas comunes, vinieron varias veces a llamarnos la atención porque los niños no podían estar en la piscina con sus protecciones, porque hacian mucho ruido en la piscina a las 12 del mediodia o porque no podíamos poner música en nuestro jardín a la hora de la comida. También hubo problemas con que lleváramos dos coches ya que parecía que les molestaba que lo dejáramos en la puerta de la casa, ya que el garaje solo tenía una plaza de garaje.

Muy linda casa

La casa es muy bonita, el lugar estupendo, la pasamos muy bien! para que la experiencia sea excelente solo falta aire acondicionado en la habitación superior con cama doble, en algunas noches de verano es muy calurosa esa habitación aun poniendo un ventilador. El resto todo muy bien,tanto la casa como su ubicación y los espacios disponibles. muy bueno también el acceso a la piscina.

Lovely mountain views

Lovely view of the mountain from the upstairs bedroom; very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and the gardens are well maintained. It felt very secure. The host was very quick to answer queries that we had.

Ferienhaus mit Gemeinschaftspool

Schöne Natur ringsum, ellenlanger Strand und viele Möglichkeiten in Denia. Super Haus, nette Gastgeber. Der Pool grenzt an vier weitere Grundstücke, die Einblick haben. Der Pool ist schön, groß und gepflegt.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschöner Villa mit Pool am Fuße des Montgo

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Paradies: Von der Terrasse der Villa hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf ein schönes großes Pool in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und auf den Berg Montgo. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, klimatisiert und hervorragend eingerichtet: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck, Wäscheständer. Nichts hat gefehlt! Die Haushälterin Angelina war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir konnten sie jederzeit per Whatsapp erreichen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, wir und unsere 3 Kinder konnten uns darin fantastisch entspannen. Auch wenn das Pool von anderen spanischen Familien, die in der Anlage wohnen, mitgenutzt wird, hat man sich gegenseitig nie gestört. Im Gegenteil: Es gab ab und zu sogar die Gelegenheit, mit den spanischen Familien der anderen Villen der Anlage in Kontakt zu kommen. Die Gegend ist touristisch sehr gut erschlossen, aber man findet auch eine Vielzahl ruhiger Strände ganz in der Nähe - von Sandstrand, über Kiesstrand bis zum Felsstrand. Der abendliche Spaziergang am Hafen in Denia nach dem Abendessen war obligatorisch! Wir können die Villa in Denia und die ganze Gegend nur empfehlen, auch für Familie mit kleinen Kindern.

Gepflegtes Haus in einmaliger Aussichtslage

Tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf den Montgo, es ähnelt einer Filmkulisse, ein bisschen ist es wie wenn man auf den Tafelberg blickt und der Wunsch mal oben auf dem Gipfel zu stehen steigt von Tag zu Tag...ist aber wohl eher im Frühjahr empfehlenswert. Der Swimmingpool ist absolut herrlich, im Gegensatz zum Meer richtig erfrischend, wir haben Stunden darin verbracht. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr respektvoll und freundlich. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr geräumig für 6 Personen. Zu den Stränden braucht man zwar das Auto aber es lohnt sich auch mal ein paar Minuten mehr zu fahren, da gibt es tolle naturbelassene Strände mit Dünen. Denia ist ein lebendiges Städtchen, die Altstadt sehr nett und es gibt viele Restaurants, auch die Fahrt zum Nachbarort Javea ist lohnenswert und dort gibt es eine schöne Strandpromenade und schöne Bars und Restaurants. An Ausflugszielen mangelt es auch nicht, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren 3 Teenagern und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist übrigens auch sehr um alles bemüht und die Hausübergabe war angenehm und problemlos.

idyllisch!

Wir haben hier zu viert – zwei befreundete Paare – Zuflucht vor dem Winter in Deutschland genommen, und das hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Auf zwei Terrassen konnten wir genug Sonne tanken und sogar unsere mitgebrachte Arbeit erledigen, nichts hat die Ruhe vor Ort gestört. Alles ist super erreichbar, was uns als Planungsmuffel, die auch mal vergessen einzukaufen, sehr entgegenkam: schnell runter nach Denia, wo es wirklich alles gibt (leckerste Tapas!), sogar einen deutschsprechenden Zahnarzt für Notfälle. Das Haus selbst ist süß und komfortabel und vor allem kochgeeignet und kochausgestattet!... Schön war's, 1000 Dank, klare Empfehlung!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu erleben kann man dieses Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage nur empfehlen. Das Haus im spanischen Flair ist sehr gemütlich und gepflegt.Zum Empfang erhielten wir einen nett gedeckten Frühstückstisch und eine Flasche Wein. Wir fühlten uns direkt heimisch. Der toll gepflegte Pool liegt direkt am Haus und ist umgeben von Palmen und blühenden Pflanzen. Die beiden Terassen laden ebenfalls zum Entspannen ein. Erholung pur!! Können wir nur empfehlen.

Familienaufenthalt

Es handelt sich um eine großzügiges Haus mit allen Ausstattungen. Die Zimmer sind in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Der Pool wird in regelmäßigen Abständen gesäubert und die Wasserqualität wird überprüft. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum erholen und entspannen ein. Mit dem Auto kann man bequem alles erreichen und auch per Taxi ist die Stadt sehr gut erreichbar. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur in der villavista

Wir (fünfköpfige Familie) haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und kompetent betreut. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich. der Pool war toll für groß und klein und sehr gepflegt. In Denia ist es auch schön besonders das Castello und der Strand. Wandern kann man auch. Im Oktober hatten wir herrliches Wetter. Es war ein toller Urlaub rundum.

Ferien unter Palmen am Pool !

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Es war sehr heiß (Juli 2009), so dass wir viele Stunden im Schatten unter den Palmen am und im Pool verbrachten. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Berg Montgo ist atemberaubend, die Vegetation wunderbar(Palmen und Blumen). Es gibt viele lange und breite Sandstrände und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (mehrere große Supermärkte und Läden) sind sehr gut. Wir wurden vor Ort gut betreut.
