Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including a private balcony, as well as shared amenities like a hot tub and the community pool. Free parking is available on the premises, and you may park in any open spot designated for Park Station Guests.

There is a large parking lot in front of Building 2, plus additional parking spaces in the back, once you pass through the parking garage off of the entrance of Building 1. Guests are not allowed to park in the covered parking garage areas.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
