I am a retired individual who enjoys the outdoors. I have a retirement job as a floor clerk at Ace Hardware. I've always wanted to be involved in the hospitality business. I am just starting out as a short term rental host.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood for the beautiful scenery and lakes. Also, chose this location due to convenience to all amenities.
What makes this property unique
Everything is brand new from bottom to the top. Close proximity to the public boat launch, fishing, golf, boating, jet skiing, 3.5 miles from Town of Nisswa, bike rental, many restaurants, water park, putt putt golf, hiking horseback riding, and winter fun, ice fishing, ski Gull lake, snowshoeing, snowmobiling. Easy access to highway 371.
So much opportunity for a great family/friend place to see and explore.
