Amazing Lake Ontario Cottage - Close to the County!

Looking for a getaway? This is the perfect spot for quiet walks and taking in nature!

This beautiful cottage is located on Lake Ontario and boasts all the amenities of home. Located between Brighton and Trenton with a great view of Presquile Lighthouse, it is easily accessible from the 401. The shoreline offers hard sand bottom and a shallow gradual entry.
Entrance to the cottage leads into an open family room with cathedral ceilings and dining area with a great view into the screened in sun-room. A brand new TV stocked with DVDs and satellite make you feel right at home.
The three bedrooms are off the living room, the master bedroom has a king, 2nd bedroom a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk over top. The kitchen is completely equipped and has a full size fridge and dishwasher. There is a full size bathroom off the living room.

This property books Saturday to Saturday in Summer season and is only 90 minutes east of Toronto. The location is beautiful and faces directly south with your very own private beach. An expansive deck allows for lots of outdoor space to relax and unwind.

Presquile Provincial Park is a short 10 minute drive, Sandbanks is within 40 minutes with access to amazing County wineries.

Relaxing break

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week. The cottage is in a very quiet location with a great outside space. Direct lake access was fantastic with a shallow, sandy entry.

Very good

All good, just like last year. Our favourite part is the lake with the shallow entrance, fine sand. The area is beautiful.

Great place to relax

Really nice view of the lake. Sunroom was a great place to relax, read, etc. Deck was good for socializing and having an early morning coffee or lunch. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked and stairs down to the lake were not ideal for elderly vacationers.

Great experience

Location is very good. Remote enough that you can cross path with deers :) but there's a nice small town 10 minutes away. Cottage is cozy and right on the water - and the lake is beautiful. We appreciated having bikes provided and lots of things to have fun in the water. Water entrance is perfect for little ones, super shallow. The owner is super nice and very responsive. We recommend this place for sure!

Beautiful views and comfortable setting

Truly fantastic views to enjoy from dawn to dusk. The different seating areas outside help if you’re looking for shade. The cottage itself is spacious and we truly made use and enjoyed the sunroom. Even there you could hear the sound of the waves. The water is clean and without weeds which we enjoyed every day. The stairs maybe daunting at the beginning but you get used to them. We had a couple of issues (things that can happen in any property) but the host, Nicole, was very prompt to respond and solve the issues. Thank you! The kitchen is a tad small but we were at the cottage to enjoy the outdoors and the company, so it was fine in the end. We enjoyed our week on Memory Lane very much! Thank you again!

Beautiful Cottage

Everything was even nicer than it looked in the pictures! We had a couple days of rain but the inside of the cottage is large enough with a variety of activities that even a day inside is enjoyable. The location is close to town which was very convenient but secluded enough to enjoy a relaxing week on the water. Nicole was such a pleasure to book with and took care of any inquiries immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay over a long weekend

Great cottage!

The cottage is great and well stocked for everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The home is a great yard with beautiful view of the lake. The owner is also very attentive and responds very quickly to questions. Would recommend!!

We had a great girls weekend!

Our stay was cozy and comfortable! The host was great at communicating with us. We loved having our own space to cook our own meals and space in the living areas to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen and bathroom is completely updated and new.
