The space
Upon entering, you are greeted with abundant natural light beaming through the windows. A favorable open concept layout seamlessly connects the living space. Large living and dining areas create the perfect space for lounging, watching movies, and dining.

The bright and spacious kitchen has custom cabinetry throughout, with tons of storage space. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a brand new refrigerator. The kitchen will showcase all the utensils and tools you need to create the breakfast, lunch, or dinner of your dreams. The home is very close to major supermarkets such as Publix, which can provide you with anything you need!

There are five bedrooms in the home, each designed with a contemporary flair, and warm touches. The first bedroom is an en-suite private space, with a full bathroom, large bedroom with king sized bed, and kitchenette.

The second bedroom also has a large king bed, en suite full bathroom, and opens out to the backyard with views of the pool!

Bedroom number 3 has one queen bed, and bedroom 4 has two full size beds. Between these bedrooms is a full bathroom, with a dual vanity, offering ample space for multiple guests.

The fifth and final bedroom is the master. The master has a private entry to the backyard, beautifully designed, and has a luxurious large walk in closet. The master bathroom is designed with upscale finishes, large shower, and dual vanity.

The home also has a laundry room, so your stay can be as long as you like!

• Pool is not heated.

• Please be aware that the pool area screen is undergoing replacement. You may notice some sections that are not intact.

• Please note that the outdoor furnishings on the patio have a vintage charm, with a well-loved character. While they may show signs of wear, including some delightful patina and characterful stains, they still offer a cozy spot to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.

• Lost/forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $150
• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
