Modern Split-Level Retreat in Raleigh – Perfect for Families, Remote Workers, and Pet Lovers

Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully renovated and fully furnished split-level home is designed with modern details and all the comforts you need for a perfect stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city, it offers ample parking with a step driveway for 2 cars and an enclosed garage for 1 car.

☆ Upstairs: Step into an open living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of exploring Raleigh. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including BBQ utensils for grilling on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the gas-burning fire pit on the balcony for cozy evenings under the stars.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family.

☆ Downstairs: On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. ☆ Firepits: We’re pleased to offer two cozy firepit options to enhance your retreat! On the deck, you'll find a propane firepit, we try to always have a full propane tank for guests. In the backyard, there’s a charming wood-burning firepit nestled on the grass, perfect for gathering under the stars. Please note, while we don’t provide firewood for the wood-burning pit, feel free to bring your own for a classic campfire experience!

☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we've made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space to set it up in either of the downstairs bedrooms or the master bedroom upstairs. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

☆ Pet-Friendly: We warmly welcome your furry friends! There is a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Please remember that cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home to avoid noise complaints.
* Extra pet fees (plus tax) will be added through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly inform us if you’re traveling with a pet.

☆ Fence: Our property is fully fenced however the fence is weathered, there may be some small gaps in the fence smaller dogs could get through. There is a dog that lives in the home over our back fence. There is a “baby safety gate” on the deck that you can pull across and will give your kids and animals a sense of being outside without having the entire yard to run in.

☆ Guest Access and Check-In: As our guests, you'll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience.

☆ Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: We value your convenience and safety, which is why we offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. Met our needs

Overall good! Great communication with the owner. The location for us worked well for visiting family. Comfy beds & furniture. Very nice decor & great shower! We had our dog with us so the fenced in backyard was ideal. FYI-the neighbor in the back has a rooster which for us was not an issue in the mornings since we were not there to lounge & sleep in the 3 days we were there.

Home Away From Home

We visited the area to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and to assist her with a move. Brandyapple Retreat was perfect! We had 3-4 adults in the home and there was plenty of room to spend time together as well as to have our own private space. My husband and I both had to do some work remotely while there. My husband used the downstairs office space and I used the kitchen table, worked great for what we needed. We loved the gas fire pit to roast marshmellows and make s'mores. The deck was spacious and the fenced yard was great for pets. The neighborhood is quiet. The home is nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer & dryer was great as we were there for a week. The home was just renovated and all furnishings and appliances are new. I highly recommended Brandyapple Retreat.
