Welcome to our incredible triplex in Palermo Soho! This space is located just 200 meters from the famous Plaza Serrano (Plaza Cortazar) and is the perfect place to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

The triplex has 3 bedrooms, each with spacious closets, as well as 3 additional sofa beds for added comfort. There are 3 full bathrooms available for your use. The two kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The terrace has a beautiful pool (check seasonal availability) and a grill to enjoy your moments outdoors. In addition, there is a bathroom and laundry room available.

The triplex has air conditioning in all rooms to guarantee your comfort throughout the year. There is also a washing machine, Smart TV and high speed internet available for your use. Access to the triplex is by stairs and there is a security camera at the entrance for your safety.

Our triplex is located in the heart of Palermo Soho, surrounded by a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. In addition, our building has 24-hour security to guarantee your peace of mind throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
