Very nice place, looks brand new, in a great location! Could use a few staples such as salt & pepper shaker, dish towel for hands and dish drying but outside that, I highly recommend!

Super nice, and right next to downtown!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was super clean, and beautifully decorated! Perfect location to stay in when wanting to be close to campus/downtown Knoxville!
