Walkable to local shops and restaurants in Meridian-Kessler and Broad Ripple Village. Providing easy access to downtown Indianapolis and neighboring suburbs, as well as universities. Take a stroll or jog along the Monon Trail or sit on the relaxing front porch. Perfect for a group or family visiting the local area as well as family and friends.

Our Space

First floor includes a fully kitted kitchen, dining room for 6 people, 1 small living room off the kitchen, and a formal living room on entry.

Master bedroom (with Queen bed) and full bathroom with shower/bath combo is located off the master bedroom and the small living room.

2nd floor includes a converted loft space with Queen bed.

A 3rd living room is located on the second floor ("window room") which houses a day bed which can pull out into a queen bed.

Basement houses washer/dryer which is available for use.

Excellent - as advertised

The property was exactly what we needed and reality met the description. The owner was very responsive and thorough in answering questions which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Great stay!

The house was clean, well maintained, in a great location to food and downtown. We loved the two living rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates and silverware. If you have little ones there were plastic plates and such for them too. .grass
