Spacious kitchen, newer appliances, dining area, patio & grill, living room. Main floor owner’s bedroom and main bath.

Basement features semi-private living space, frig/freezer, microwave, & private full bath for tenants.

Laundry & workstation/computer desk in basement.

Convenient and safe location in HOA community. Very close to Big Sky Elementary, walking trails, shopping and entertainment!

Security cameras.

ALL utilities and internet included.

Co-host lives upstairs with a very friendly Golden Retriever who is not allowed in the basement. Host enjoys hunting, basketball, fishing, and video games.
