Located on a quiet road surrounded by beautiful forested areas, this home offers an excellent base for enjoying all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. Tahoe City—with its boutique shops, diverse bars and restaurants, farmers markets, and live music—is just a 10-minute drive away. In the winter months, you’re only 5 minutes south of Homewood Ski Resort and less than 15 minutes from both the Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center and the Alpine Meadows Base Area. Additionally, the popular trails at Paige Meadows are just minutes away, perfect for cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
During the summer, Hurricane Bay is within walking distance, and Commons Beach—a popular four-acre beach and park—is less than a 10-minute drive away. Here, you can rent various watercraft, swim, and enjoy BBQ areas. Just a 3-minute drive up the road, the renowned Sunnyside Restaurant and Marina offers excellent food and additional watercraft rentals. Nearby, Ward Creek State Park features extensive boardwalk trails that wind along well-marked paths. The Lake Tahoe Bike Path is also close by. For those with a vehicle, Tahoe City is just an 8-minute drive away, and you can even use the FREE park-and-ride to reach destinations like Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 only minutes away, day trips to the beautiful areas around Tahoe City are easily within reach.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
