As a second-generation Realtor in the Olean area, I’ve been immersed in the local real estate market for most of my life. Having been born and raised here, I’m deeply connected to the community I serve. I’m a passionate sports fan, cheering for Buffalo teams, the St. Bonaventure Bonnies, Pittsburgh Panthers, and the Yankees.
Whether it’s braving a chilly December day at a Buffalo Bills game or mountain biking down Holimont, I love staying active and spending time outdoors with friends.
In addition to real estate, I’m proud to serve as chairman of the Renodin Foundation, working alongside the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, and as a board member for the Olean General Hospital Foundation.

The Oak Hill Park district boasts incredible architecture, and it’s been tough watching some of these historic homes lose their charm over time. I’ve worked on several renovations before, but this project was a complete transformation from the ground up. It’s exciting to finally make this space available for others to appreciate and enjoy.

What makes this property unique
My goal was to create a high-end property, so I focused on quality touches like hardwood floors, quartz countertops, upscale finishes, and a carefully planned design. I felt it was essential to include outdoor space, so I added a back deck and ensured there was ample parking, even though the space is a bit snug.
