Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 5. This is to ensure everyone's safety and comfort.

Pets Policy: We allow cats only. Maximum of 2.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 11am. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance.

Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors' privacy and keep noise levels low when entering and leaving the property.

Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows when you're not in the property. Do not share access fob with unauthorized individuals.

Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay. Please report any incidents to us immediately.

Cleaning and Trash Disposal: We strive to keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests. Please tidy up after yourself and dispose of trash properly in the designated bins. Garbage room is located on Parking Level 1.

Amenities Usage: If we provide amenities such as exercise equipment, please follow the usage guidelines for your safety and the proper maintenance of these amenities.

Emergency Procedures: In case of emergencies, accidents, or issues requiring immediate attention, medical emergencies, dial local emergency services at 911.

Internet and Digital Devices: We provide internet access for your convenience. Please use it responsibly and refrain from engaging in illegal activities online.

Temporary Parking: Temporary parking is available on Sackville, Blowers, and Granville Streets. Please note that meters must be filled during normal business hours. Information can be found on signage. Download the HotSpot mobile parking app to digitally feed meters.

Building Entrance: The front entrance to the building is off Barrington Street. Look for the circular "Green Lantern" sign. The doors are automatic for your convenience.

Access Codes: A code will be provided to you for building entry through the front door and the apartment door.

Penthouse Level: Our listing is located on the PH (penthouse) level.

Underground Parking: If you require underground parking, you’ll find the parking fob inside the apartment on the kitchen island.
