Unique location on a bluff overlooking Wauwinet Harbor this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is the quintessential beach cottage. The 180 degree water view includes the Coskata/Coatue Reserve, Wauwinet Village and perfect sunsets. Steps to the beach offer access to swimming, boating and miles of beach walking. On the first floor there is a bedroom with full bath, laundry, open living room-dinning-kitchen area with side sitting area with fireplace which opens out to a large deck.
The second floor was designed with a "romp" area for kids, 2 small bedrooms and a full bath. This allows the kids to have a separate space. A short balcony takes you the master bedroom with full bath and dressing area. Every room has a water view!
7 miles from town allows you to escape the crowds but still explore all the island.
