This property is a park model home located 10 min from Franklin, NC and situated in a peaceful mountain cove on a historic fourth-generation family property. You will relax enjoying local wildlife, stargazing and the peaceful quiet of the mountains. Franklin offers unique museums, seasonal gem mining, antique and mountain craft shopping, and local restaurants. This lovely property features a cozy living room with an additional convertable chair/child bed, perfect for small families or couples looking for a relaxing getaway. The bedroom features a queen size bed with desk and chair. There is ample closet and storage space throughout the trailer. Included are internet TV, basic cooking and dining supplies to seat four, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary pods. Well water makes great coffee and tea! Have breakfast on the generous furnished front porch which includes an outdoor propane gas stove. With AC and heating, guests can stay comfortable year-round. The bathroom includes a bathtub for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Full disclosure: the shower runs cold every few minutes because of changes in pressure from the well pump.
