Nice house

Nice property, would totally come back. 4x4 definitely required, but the location is very good, the house is spacious, very well equipped and clean. The sunset view would be even better if some of the bushes were trimmed. Had a great time.

Great service and view!

We had a great time at the property. Manager was immediately responsive to any question big or small. Cleaning was done daily including laundry which was unexpected and very welcome! A/c inside worked well. Beds were comfy kitchen was fully stocked. Things to note you must have 4x4 to get to the house. It is not for the faint of heart, not a problem with proper vehicle and feel very safe where house is located. I would suggest owner to maybe add a propane grill, there is a great brick carbon grill but it’s a lot of work and takes time to cook vs a simple propane grill for easy cooking. Great stay and great location in ST once down the hill from house

Beautiful views comfortable home

We were two families with 3 kids staying for a long weekend. The management team were super helpful and responsive, quickly resolving any small issues that came up. Definitely need a 4x4 to get to the house, the road uphill is quite treacherous. We rented ATV’s and made a fun excursion out of it. The house has beautiful views, nice living space and comfortable bedrooms. The neighbours can be noisy!

A wonderful peaceful stay with a great view and outdoor soace

Casa Nirvana was clean had great amenities and the management was unbelievably responsive. We loved our stay at Casa Nirvana. The house is well equipped, comfortable and service was amazing. Note. They recommend a 4x4 and you will need it to access the house. The road is a little longer and challenging then we expected but by day two it simply was another part of the routine. Santa Teresa is a great place to vacation with great beaches, surfing and activities. Casa Nirvana was a great place to call home during our 11 days there. Highly recommend and Mercedes and her staff will take very good care of you.

Amazing Property!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is amazing with an incredible view and the staff were great to work with! The road to the location does require a 4x4 vehicle but the quick drive is worth it!

Little details makes everything so much better

Hi, the house was in good condition but then kitchen tools were in not so good conditions. Needs glasses, new towels and the two AA of the main bedrooms are to small for the dimensiones of the room .

Spectacular view, quiet location

Thanks to Google, we arrived to the site 'the back way'. Mercedes was very helpful in arranging for a 4x4 so we could use the access drive to town via the proper way. You REALLY DO NEED a 4x4! We had a great adventure in Santa Teresa with this lovely home as our base. It was a relaxing place, well kept. Mercedes and housekeeping were prompt in answering our questions and requests.

Casa Real is lovely, great house and location, not for faint of heart /inexperienced off-road driver

Mercedes is wonderful host. Responded to all within moments, and made us feel welcome, but also left us alone, which we appreciate. Property amazing. Service is great. Breathtaking views. Everything promised and much more. Four wheel drive vehicle a must, and experience driving backroads recommended.

Unbelievably, the pictures do not do it justice! In reality? Above and beyond any expectations!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Nirvana. Staff were over-the-top helpful, responding to inquiries in a timely manner and arranging for quad rentals. My three- and four-year old granddaughters were in that pool morning, noon and night, using the giant rounded steps as a wading pool. For a large group such as ours, Casa Nirvana provided a wonderful home base for us from which to explore the area - we surfed, did yoga, saw Montezuma falls, explored a nearby national park, had time on the glorious and numerous nearby beaches, dined out. We were also able to have some enjoyable meals in, frying fresh fish on the outdoor bbq and eating on that lovely wooden table under the thatched roof. At dusk, we heard and spotted howler monkeys. At night we star gazed. And the view of the sky and ocean in daylight? Spectacular! We definitely needed the 4x4s we rented to get up the hill, but certainly worth the drive. This is a modern, well-maintained and beautiful home and property. We highly recommend it.

Lovely Stay

Absolute stunning villa with spectacular view, even better than what is shown in the pictures. Plus it has all the amenities you can ask for. We all said several times that we wished this was our home! Nice layout and beautiful features. Mercedes is very responsive, friendly and kind. She helped us a lot. Would highly recommend and love to come back!
