Welcome to the Vandy! Enjoy modern excellence & cozy tranquility at our newly constructed townhouse! A block from Tarleton State University, our retreat merges sophistication with serenity!

You will love relaxing in this cozy, brand new home while being so close to Tarleton, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, Memorial Stadium, TSU Baseball stadium, Ranger College, downtown Stephenville square, & more!

This is a brand new townhome with one-car garage. Downstairs, you will find an open kitchen and living room that is very cozy and inviting with stylish furnishings and decor, and a Roku TV. There is also a half bath, and an exit into the garage. There you will also find a washer and dryer.

Upstairs is where you will find both of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full private attached bathroom, comfortable beds, ultra soft bedding, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night’s sleep. There is also a dresser and walk-in closet in both bedrooms, and a small fan stored in the closet if you like some background noise while you sleep. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a queen. The bathrooms are extremely clean and spacious with ample counter space, drawers, linen closet, and hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, cookware, coffee pot, coffee, toaster, blender, and more. The large bar is perfect for eating and working.

There is a small back porch that you can also sit on and a small yard that is in the process of being fenced currently.

There is excellent Wi-Fi, central heat & air, and interior deadbolts.

There is parking for 2-3 cars on-site if you count the garage.

The water heater closet is locked for owner use. Other than that you will have full access to the property.

You have access to the entire unit, garage, and backyard. You will access the property through the front door with a code assigned specifically to you.

Great neighborhood one block from Tarleton. This is not located on a main street and is a reasonably quiet spot, but there are a lot of trucks in Stephenville, and also a train track a few blocks away, so we have included fans for each bedroom to help block any noise that may arise.
Approximately 1 minute drive from New Starbucks, Lida’s Bakery, Sonic, Wendy’s, Golden Chick, Insomnia Cookies.
Approximately 3-4 minutes to Stephenville Hospital, Greers Cafe, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Newtons Saddlerack, Hearsay Wine Bar, BJ’s Restaurant and Bar, Rodeo Grounds Coffee, The Walking Trail, and more!

Beautiful place!

This property is beautiful. Great location in Stephenville. Property owners communicated well and were very friendly. Check in was easy and efficient. Would stay again and would highly recommended.
