Positives-- nicely decorated - Clean- Close to city and attractions- Close to grocery store - Easy access to interstate 10Needs for a better stay-Bedrooms-luggage racks or chairs so bags don’t sit on floor-instructions for remote for turning on fan in master bedroom -instructions for tv remotesBathrooms-bathroom faucet-hot/cold handles switched-No faceplate over light switch next to sink, leaving wiring exposed-walk-in shower is not sloped enough to prevent water from flooding rest of bathroom-need towel racks and toilet paper holders-hand towels and washcloths would be a plus-extra towels for the pool would also be niceLiving room-needs one more chair (seating for 6)Kitchen--working oven is questionable. Had meat in oven for 40 min. Oven was hot but meat and pan were just warm. Maybe the oven thermostat or the control board need to be checked?Include any check out instructions? Check front door lock. Did not seem reliable! Would suggest owner stay in the home for a few nights to evaluate any additional needs/repairs!

Beware of this property unfit to stay.

Due to multiple concerning safety issues discovered on this property, we had to book a Marriot hotel, we were onsite probably less than total of 1 hour. Start from beginning, construction debris in carport driveway area, nice pile of dog crap right at entry of yard. carport light does not work, wiring hanging down, porch light does not work, multiple ceiling fans not functional. Exposed wires in various areas of the home, exposed light box in bathroom, unfinished drywall, and trim. holes in wall, large mirrors sitting on ground in closet blocking access. Unsafe, unstable master bed, rocks back and forth with pinky finger. missing walk stones on edge of pool creating tripping hazard. Property should not be listed on VRBO, host is clearly irresponsible, unwilling to refund. prior review of same issues found within last few weeks.
