Living Room:
The living room’s serene atmosphere will surely soothe you after a long day at work or during leisure time. Lounge comfortably in a brand new sofa with a chase lounge attached. In addition to a 55” Roku smart TV that features all the popular streaming services such as Hulu, Netflix, Disney and ESPN.

Kitchen:
This newly renovated and professionally designed kitchen is equipped with high end, stainless steel appliances, custom built cabinetry and a 9 foot’ island with six bar height stools.
Furnished with all the essentials for preparing a delicious meal— including cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, and flatware. To enhance your cooking experience, you may also enjoy a coffee bar stocked with complimentary K-cups.
The kitchen provides all the tools necessary to create a perfect and effortless meal. Additionally, basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a queen bed, one open closet, a 42” Roku smart TV, and office desk.
The second bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, a 42” Roku smart TV, open closet, and office desk.

Bathroom:
Boasting modern design and elegant accents this bathroom features an oversized shower with rain head and instant hot water along with custom RGB lighting to offer a tranquil retreat. We also offer an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Laundry Room:
Feel free to use our washer and dryer located next to the bathroom area.

The Outdoor Oasis:
Unwind in the ultimate outdoor oasis. This stylish, fully fenced-in space offers plenty of room to relax, featuring two outdoor couches, a table, ottoman, and footrest. Enjoy a round of mini golf, the thrill of a cornhole game, or simply soak in the beautiful South Florida weather from the comfort of a chaise lounge.

-Bugs and Critters
Florida’s subtropical climate means that there are more critters around compared to other regions, specifically palmetto bugs which are native to the area. To minimize bugs and insects we regularly spray the property. Please help by keeping doors and screens closed and leaving unattended food out to prevent attracting critters.

-Cleaning
The property is professionally cleaned, sanitized and inspected before each stay to ensure your comfort, safety and enjoyment.

-Essentials
While on vacation, we understand the importance of basic essentials and to get you started we provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, sponge, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Self check-in with keypad. Code will be provided 48 hours prior to check-in.

Other Details:
Access door next to outdoor shower should remain locked for owner/manager access only.

- Unfortunately, we do not allow pets, evidence of pets will lead to a termination of the stay with no refund given and additional cleaning fees.

- No unauthorized guests then those listed upon booking, should you wish to have another guest visit it must be communicated with the host and pre-approved.

- No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

- No smoking

- We have a minimum age requirement of 27 years old to be able to book the property.

- There is a driveway and side camera, ring doorbell and red flood light camera for guest’s security.
